Reservations & walk-ins · Open every day
Book a massage
three ways.
Online, by phone or text, or by walking through the door at 150 Pioneer Trail. All three land in the same appointment book. Online is the quickest way to see what is actually free tonight; the phone is better when your real question is which service to book. A 60-minute session is $80, and we take the last one late enough that a 9-to-5 is not a problem.

— How it works
Three doors,
one appointment book.

Our live calendar runs on Square. Pick the service, pick the length, pick a time that is genuinely open — not a request form that sits in someone's inbox until they call you back. Most people are done in under a minute.

(612) 600-9298 rings the front desk, and the same number takes texts if you would rather not talk. Use it when you are not sure what to book, when you want two people side by side, or when you are trying to fit a long session into a late evening.
(612) 600-9298Walk in
150 Pioneer Trail in Chaska Commons, at Hwy 41 and Pioneer Trail. If a therapist is free you will be on a table about ten minutes after you push the door open. No membership, no autopay, nothing to cancel later.
Get directions— An honest answer
When to chance it,
and when to reserve.
We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a maybe. Walk-ins are a real part of how this studio runs — but the room and the therapists are finite, and some things simply have to be on the schedule.
Good odds without calling
- Weekday mornings and early afternoons — the quietest stretch of the whole week.
- Sunday before noon, once we open at 9:30.
- Short services: a 30-minute session, reflexology in the recliner, the 15-minute cupping and head massage.
- One person, one table, no particular therapist requested.
Reserve these
- The couples room. It is one room with two therapists working at the same time ($160 for the hour), so it has to be scheduled — this is the single most common thing people walk in hoping for and miss.
- Four hands, for the same reason: two therapists free at once, on purpose ($160).
- Friday and Saturday evening. That is the busiest window we have, and it is the one that fills first.
- A 90 or 120 minute session late in the day — the session still has to finish by 9 PM, so the start time matters.
- Mother's Day week, the run-up to Valentine's Day, and the days between Christmas and New Year.
Nobody gets turned away for the sake of it. But if you are driving in from Waconia on a Saturday evening — about twenty minutes each way — twenty seconds on the phone from the car beats the round trip. More on how the no-appointment side of this works: walk-in and late-evening massage in Chaska.
— Before you confirm
Four things worth
telling us.
None of it is required. All of it means the room is already right when you walk into it, instead of being adjusted around you for the first ten minutes.
- 01
How long
Thirty minutes covers one area — neck and shoulders, or feet. Sixty is the standard full-body hour and what most people book. Ninety and 120 exist for the days you want the work done without a clock in the room.
- 02
How much pressure
Swedish-light or deep-tissue-firm is the same menu item at the same price, so you are choosing a feel rather than a product. Say it at booking, then say it again on the table if it is not right. Nobody here treats that as a complaint.
- 03
If you are pregnant, how far along
The trimester changes how the room gets set up — side-lying, which side, how many bolsters and where. Tell us when you book rather than at the door, and if your pregnancy is high-risk, check with your own provider first.
- 04
Whether you want the futon
Thai-style work happens on a padded futon on the floor, fully clothed, with no oil at all. It is a different room setup, so we need to know before a table gets warmed and a bottle of oil comes out. Wear something you can stretch in.
Every service, every length and every number is published — check the full price list before you book so there are no surprises at the desk. Gratuity is not included in listed prices.
— When we are open
Seven days,
late every one.
| Mon — Sat | 9:00 AM — 9:00 PM |
|---|---|
| Sunday | 9:30 AM — 9:00 PM |
That is 87.5 hours a week, and the door is unlocked on Sunday. The one thing the table does not show is the last start time — a session has to finish by 9 PM, so a 120-minute booking cannot begin at 8. Call and we will find the slot that fits.
- Phone
- (612) 600-9298 call or text
If plans change
Call or text (612) 600-9298 as soon as you know. An hour of notice is usually enough for us to give the slot to someone who wanted it, which is the whole reason we ask. If you are running late, come anyway — we will do what we can, though a session that starts late still has to end on time so the next guest is not pushed back. Read the rest on our studio policies.
How do I book an appointment?
Three ways: book online through our scheduling page, call (612) 600-9298, or walk in. Online booking shows live availability, so it's the fastest way to see what's open tonight.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. Day Massage takes walk-ins whenever a therapist is free, which is a large part of why people come to us instead of an appointment-only chain. That said, evenings and weekends do fill up — if you want a specific time, a specific length, or the couples room, book ahead online or call (612) 600-9298.
How early should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes is plenty for a first visit — enough to fill out a short intake form and tell your therapist what's going on. If you've been in before, arriving right on time is fine.
What if I need to cancel or I'm running late?
Call (612) 600-9298 as soon as you know. If you're late we'll do whatever we can, but a session that starts late usually has to end on time so we don't push into the next guest's appointment.
What are your hours?
We're open every day: Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The last appointment starts early enough to finish by close, so if you're booking a 90 or 120 minute session late in the evening, call and we'll find the right slot.
— Sources & background reading
Massage is one of the oldest forms of self-care, and what we do is squarely on the relaxation side of it. We make no medical claims — for neutral, non-promotional background, read the NCCIH on massage therapy , what the science actually says , relaxation techniques and the AMTA on massage and wellness .
Those are general educational references about the practice, not statements about any particular session here.
Day Massage is a relaxation and wellness studio, not a medical provider. Nothing here is medical advice — if something hurts in a way that worries you, see a clinician.
