Gratuity is not included in listed prices — appreciated, never expected. Prices are the same whether you book online, call, or walk in. If you're not sure which service fits, call (612) 600-9298 and describe what's bothering you; the front desk would rather point you at a $80 hour than sell you something bigger.

— About the menu

Price questions,
answered.

How much does a massage cost?

Sessions run $35–$240 depending on service and length. The most-booked option is the 60-minute oil massage at $80. Our full menu and every price is listed on the services page — no packages required, no membership, no upsell at the table.

Which massage should I book if I'm not sure?

For most first-timers, a 60-minute oil massage ($80) is the right call — your therapist can work Swedish-light or deep-tissue-firm within the same session depending on what your body wants that day. If your feet are the problem, book reflexology. If you want to stay clothed and be stretched rather than rubbed, book the futon (Thai) session.

How long should my massage be?

Thirty minutes handles one area — neck and shoulders, or feet. Sixty minutes is the standard full-body session and what most people book. Ninety or 120 minutes is worth it when you want unhurried work on several areas, or when you simply want the longer version of a good thing.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the listed prices. It's appreciated but entirely up to you, and it's never expected.

Can I add hot stones?

Yes — hot stone is a $10 add-on to any table massage. Ask when you book or mention it at the front desk.

— Background reading

Massage is one of the oldest forms of self-care, and what we do is squarely on the relaxation side of it. We make no medical claims — for neutral, non-promotional background, read the NCCIH on massage therapy , what the science actually says , relaxation techniques and the AMTA on massage and wellness .

Those are general educational references about the practice, not statements about any particular session here.

Day Massage is a relaxation and wellness studio, not a medical provider. Nothing here is medical advice — if something hurts in a way that worries you, see a clinician.
